Don't judge someone  based on what you hear about them. Don't spread rumors. These are both characteristics of bullies.

Many people who are bullied pretend that nothing is wrong; that everything is okay; that the bullying doesn't bother them. But in reality, it bothers everyone to a certain degree. If anyone is hurting as a result of being bullied, open up. Feel free to contact me on my Facebook page Stand Up To Bullies, because I'm here for you. Holding the pain in will just make you feel worse, alone; I know because I've been there. Telling people what I was going through was the best thing I ever did for myself.

If you are ever bullied for being overweight, like I was, always keep this quote in mind. Marilyn Monroe was a beautiful woman and is a role model today. But, you know what? She wasn't a size zero...Marylin was a dress size twelve. That should make you feel better...You don't have to be skinny to be beautiful.

Think about what you say before you do. Negative comments on people, especially girls', appearance can affect them for a substantial amount of time. It's cruel and hurtful. Remember Bambi? And Thumper? 

This is self-explanatory. While not everyone can see your beauty, you are beautiful. Everyone is beautiful because God made us. Instead of using our time judging others or hurting as a result of being judged, we should instead spend time worshiping and thanking him for giving you life, or pray to him to make you strong enough to handle things you never thought you could. Although we don't understand why he puts us through some things sometimes, we don't have to. God is mysterious, and I believe everything happens for a reason.

God is good.

Those who are being bullied are greater than their greatest obstacle in their life: the bully. 

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS think  before you speak. Again, if you can't say something nice, don't say nothin' at all. Bullies need to keep Thumper in mind!
